Stayed one night. Had made a reservations got a very nice large king room with a recliner that was very clean. The soundproofing is not very good and there is a lot of plumbing noise when every anybody runs any water. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is adequate with a good choice of food.

I reported this problem each time we stayed in room 109, that we paid paid more for becasue it had a jaccuzzi bathtub. 1st stay -we only got a ""well, we will work on it"" I personally complained to the the maintenance manager. The second time, same room, we were told by the pleasant young lady at he front desk that the problem was fixed. Some old lady at check out, said that the drain had been snaked and that we were wrong. She added when I said I couldn't even brush my teeth without the water overflowing , was we'll look into it"" and seemed mad that I even complained. My husband asked for a military or CDL discount. We were charged $ plus tax and fees. Coke machines did not work properly. Front Desk was unstaffed at check in and check out at both stays. If you stay on the 1st floor, forget sleeping in because you hear everything from the upstairs rooms and you are up at 4:00 or 5:00AM. Crappy service and will not stay again. I asked for some discount or consideration for both inconveinences (sp?) but was told to basically bug off. Don't stay here unless you are desperate. Sincerely, Lynn
