I stayed here a couple of times due to the location for the gem show. Also, I live in hawaii, and there are no del tacos (which is my favorate fast food- {the hot sauce}- in the world, much better than taco bell which we do have) anyway, the reason I tell you this, is del taco is next door. I have friends living on the mainland send me del taco hot sauce. Yes, really I stayed at the super 8 because they are near del taco. I also liked that they had a microwave and fridge in the rooms. the ""suites"" go for 139.99 during the gem show. rooms are not great. I had trouble with my door closing when i left. You had to push hard to make sure it was locked, and with the gems I kept inside, I did not want to take a chance. there is no in room safe. I stayed at the hampton inn down the road this year, It was alot nicer.

Horrible rooms, Bad beds, Terribly wrinkled sheets, awful pillows, non-working ice machine. Huge water stain in ceiling which I'm sure was full of germs. Breakfast was packaged muffins, cold cereal, stale muffins, juice and coffee. Room rate was inflated to $129.07 per night due to Gem Show traffic. We even left a day early. I tried to get the front desk to explain the Super 8 loyalty program. She couldn't and gave me the brochure and told me to ask them.
Location was good for Gem show shopping.
