terrible!!!! service.my reservation was canceled for some reason plus they put in the wrong date, got stuck in a smoking room, which i requested a non-smoking room. front desk people didnt know what they were doing. i will NEVER!! stay there again. price not worth it rooms are ghetto!!

This hotel was not worth the money and or my time to stay at this location. We had to ask to have the bathroom cleaned, there was mold all around the tub and a cover for a razor stuck in the drain. Which only goes to show was not done in the first place. The staff was rude and unaccomodating. The breakfast meal or if thats what you want to call it was so bad we would stop for coffee after we left there. The pool and hot tub area was dirty and unappealing. We placed a call to Super 8 to complain of the matter and 3 days later have YET to hear from them. Would never stay here or any other super 8.

The hotel was surely NOT worth the rate paid by any means.The hotel smelled of ciigarettes all through the building, the bathroom we actually had to ask them to clean it. There was mold all around the tub which also had a piecce of a razor stuck in the drain. The staff was rude and inconsiderate and after standing at the desk for several minutes after he turned his back on me did he decide to actually see what I needed. The pool and the hot tub were not very clean. The room actually had a extension cord hanging from the top of the tv for use. The light fixtures we couldnt even turn them on or off since the fixture seem to be broken, or nonfunctional. We would NEVER stay at this location again. A very unhappy traveler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the first room we were put in, the sink was clogged and toilet wouldn't flush. We were put in another room and the sprinkler was dangling from the ceiling and tissue holder in the bathroom wouldn't stay fastened to the sink. There was a strong cigarette oder in some of the hallways and stairwell. Overall, the hotel did not have a clean feel to it and felt like it needed a lot of TLC. My family was pretty grossed out by it and vowed to never stay there again.

07/26/2010Most uncomfortable bed i ever slept in. considered sleeping on the floor or in the chair. should supply the breakfast longer in the morning for late risers. everything else ok.
