POSITIVES: Friendly staff, warm lobby decorated for Christmas with an inviting fire in the fireplace. Easy access, lots of parking, back door available to take our dog in and out without having to go through the lobby each time. Pet Friendly rooms on first floor, no elevators or stairs to deal with. Nice coffee in room. Reasonable price!No weight limit on dogs thank you (ours is a 142lb., quiet Great Dane) *Small dogs can make a lot more noise and damage folks!Had to make a change, called hotel direct to make the change... zip, done!NEGATIVES:The loud noise the rain made all night falling on the outside of the air conditioner/heater for the room. Hair on the comforter (quite a lot) and it was a white comforter on the bed so the black hair showed up real well (not from any of us including our dog!) No WiFi, basic channels on TV, all additional items at a cost. No shampoo, no extra towels.

At first I thought this was just another hotel on the coast. But, after one night, I know that this is the only place I'll stay when in Lincoln City. The rooms are huge!!! The pool is salt water - if you haven't tried one, you need to. Breakfast was a buffet, and free! And, best of all I was treated as friend the whole time I was there. OK, it rained while I was on vacation, but I didn't mind because I enjoyed myself so much!!!!

Having stayed in Lincoln City 50+ times, the Ashley Inn was one of the best places to stay at a fair price. Room was large, bed was great, staff was super, and breakfast matched up to some we have had a 3-4 star hotels. This was my first time to stay here but it will not be my last.

We have stayed here several times. This time we chose to spend our anniversary and we splurged on the Queen suite spa room. The room was very large for the 2 of us with a living room and seperate bedroom. In the bed room was a very comfortable soft bed and white comforter and in the corner of the bed room was a jaquise tub. We made quick effort to try that out first thing. It was so big it took awhile to fill it up. We spent quite a bit of time in the tub just relaxing with the jets on. The 2 TVs where kinda small only 19 inch I think but we didnt spend much time watching them anyway. The View was good from the bedroom if you looked the right way you could see the ocean. We didnt get a chance to visit the pool on this trip but they do have a nice pool there. In the morning they make sure you get off to a good start with a breakfast of scrambled eggs bagles and fresh juice. All in all this is a nice place to stay and the staff is friendly and helpful for what ever you might need.
