  Noisy, smelly, dirty, I spent one night here, then forfeited over $1000 to not be there any more. There"s a reason they have a ""No Money Back"" policy. Don"t make the mistake I made! Stay Away!

  If you stay at this one bedroom apartment, you can relive your student days. great location near nyu, restaurants, and nightclubs. however, no services,no parking, few ammenties, aging bathroom ...

  If you stay at this one bedroom apartment, you can relive your student days. Great location near NYU, restaurants, and nightclubs. However, no services,no parking, few ammenties, aging bathroom and kitchen fixtures. $10/day for internet, $36 day for parking down the street. Dis-interested doorman lets everyone into the building.
