Terribly dirty. I don't think the patio door had been cleaned all summer. Pink mildew on the shower head. Mold on the bath mat and shower curtain. Thin old mattresses. I stayed in a suite and needed the pull-out couch. Mattress was paper thin and old. The bed was broken so it sunk in one corner. Way too expensive for what you get. Room was dark and dreary. Do not stay here.

I planned a trip for my fiance and I. We had reservations to a nearby resturant and didnt want to drive so when I booked this hotel it was because of the location. We arrived at the hotel and the staff was nice but they informed us that there was no electricity in the rooms and blamed construction for the problem. They promised us that it would be back on by 4pm so we waited, meanwhile we have been on the raod and needed showers and to get dresse for our reservations at 6pm. 4:30 comes around and we checked the room, they had light but no heat or hotwater, in February! Funny enough all the other busnsess in the area had power. Hummm... Maby they didnt pay their bills? The Holiday Inn Express was where we stayed, wonderful service and all the heat and hot water you could want!!!

The room was filthy: unvacuumed worn carpet, cobwebs, yellow-stained sheets. It was also unsafe, as the door latches to the ground floor patio were broken. The door frame to the bathroom was shattered. I counted 7 flea bites as a vacation souvenir. All this for an exorbitant price. Travelers would be better off sleeping on the street than staying here.

Good location two blocks from beach, but very austere. No closet but small rack to hang clothes, small bathroom with little counter space, water temp in shower was constantly changing, continental breakfast was limited to mini bagels and occasionally mini danish. Cable TV but no broadband internet.
