We were so pleased with The Cliffs condos. Our unit was sparkling clean with new furnishings, appliances, dishes and cookware. We had a lovely view of the ocean, and the complex was quiet. The grounds were well maintained, and there were lots of places to go walking. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Cliffs condo complex in Princeville is one of the best deals you can find in Kauai! It is wonderfully located high above the Pacific in the beautiful resort area of Princeville. We rented a 1 bedroom unit. Quite a deal when you consider you have your own kitchen, two bathrooms, and washer/dryer The complex is also staffed and the reception desk is helpful. You can rent beach gear, borrow beach mats, or sign up for a multitude of activities. We enjoyed every second of our stay at The Cliffs and can't wait to get back there soon!"

Our group of 5 stayed here in October. We had a 1BR loft that was very spacious. There were beds for 8 with the 2 DBL in the loft, a comfy sleeper sofa and a king in the MBR. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the ocean view. The property had great iminities, though the hot tub was soooo hot. You cannot go wrong here. It is truely a marvelous place we would return in a heartbeat if we could!!
