  The Fiarmont Copley Plaza is elegant and beautiful. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the bathrooms are nice and large. The location is perfect: a 2-minute walk to the mall (and Duck Tour), there's a trolley stop in front of the hotel, and nice restaurants nearby. The staff is attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. The negative: If you want a room with a view, you need to request it, as many of the rooms face the back, looking directly at a brick wall. This is not a hip, modern place; but old world elegance, charm and sophistication. They have a black lab dog in the lobby called Katie Copley, and my young son loved playing with her. Some guests even take her out for walks. This hotel is both kid friendly and grandparent friendly. Highly recommended.

  Well located, very classic hotel. just in front of boston library, walking distance practically to everywhere (specially the shops on newbury :). for sure i will stay here again ...

  Well located, very classic hotel. Just in front of Boston Library, walking distance practically to everywhere (specially the shops on Newbury :). For sure I will stay here again next time in Boston.

  staying at the plaza at the concierge's floor is worth every penny! the gold floor gives you access to beautiful rooms, lounge, and an amazing kitchen where breakfast and cocktalis are served everyday. what a feast! you can also borrow cds, dvds, and books during your stay. our room was gorgeous, spacious and CLEAN! the staff will make you will feel like royalty!
