Ferringway Condominiums is located one and 1/2 miles from the the heart of Downtown Durango. The complex has 50 units situated on four acres with a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, clubhouse and sauna. Gas grills are available for use in the pool area. Each condominium is individually owned and decorated. Each offers a deck, wood burning fireplace and full kitchen with all of the pots and pans, dishes and glassware provided. All have washers and dryers.
