Excellent place to stay in Madison. Great location. Will stay there again. Comfortable beds in large rooms. Clean and modern. Bathroom in room is one of the best I've ever seen. Governor's Club was fantastic. Appetizers, drinks and dessert all in one place. No need to go out for the eveving. Everything you need is right there. Hotel restaurant it amazing. Cozy and quiet atmosphere. The grilled hanger steak is the best I've had. Staff is polite and curtious.

We recently chose the Madison Concourse as our hotel of choice for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. Besides looking at the pictures online, I had never been to the Madison Concourse. It is truly a lovely hotel, incredibly clearn and beautiful and close to all you want to do in Madison. It is within close walking distance to the memorable sights of downtown Madison, which includes the Capital, the Saturday Farmer's Market, State Street, the University of Wisconsin and many other great places to look at and enjoy. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the restaurant offered wonderful choices. Our family will certainly choose the Madison Concourse again for the many trips we will be making to Madison in the future. It is a great place for a family to gather.

I am a frequent traveler (both foreign and domestic) for business and pleasure. Without a doubt the Madison Concourse Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms and accommodations are excellent. The staff is professional, competent and courteous. The great location (downtown across from the State Capitol) means there are plenty of fun and interesting things to see and do. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. I plan on returning soon.

My husband and I were lucky enough to win a stay at this beautiful hotel for a weekend. I thought I knew a thing or two about customer service until I came here. There isn't a single thing that is negative about this hotel. Everything from the parking garage to the employees and the dining. Not only that but the floor we stayed on was under construction and still did not get disturbed a single time. The room was fabulous. The cleanest room I have ever seen. Also the bed is the absolute most comfortable bed that I have ever slept upon. The front desk employees were quick and very courteous while checking us both in and out. The shuttle services were great. It was a very very cold Wisconsin winter day and still the chauffers were pleased to take us anywhere we wanted to go. The dining was absolutely incrediable. The waitstaff impressed me to the point of disbelief. Even after my stay, they stayed in contact with me about some questions I had about the salt and pepper shakers. It is definately the little things that mean the most and this hotel in full of them. If I am ever in the Madison area again, I will not stay at any other hotel. I would and will recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a worry free stay and the best customer service that I have ever seen.

The Madison Concourse Hotel will take care of every situation that you may encounter. From the airport shuttle( to and from the airport at no cost), to any way that your stay can be made more pleasant. Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and courteous in every way. And that's a very important factor when you're in Madison for the first time and do not know anyone. For someone staying there on business, just about everything that you may want is at the facility. The pool, restaurants, entertainment, and internet access. You name it, it's there. If I were vacationing in Madison, Wisconsin, I would stay at the Madison Concourse Hotel. It's simply wonderful!
