Hotel was first class. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed on the executive level which is well worth the money to have access to the executive lounge. All the food and drinks that were included were 5-star in quality and presentation. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will be staying there again in the future. Excellent location to many attractions and subway lines.

The Palace is an elegant yet not pompous hotel. Rooms are comfortable but nothing out of this world and the bathrooms quite simple. The staff is simply incredible, friendly polite and extremely efficient. The concierge are the most efficient I have encountered ever. I traveled with my 15 year old daughter who couldn't stop taking pictures of the hotel in which the shoot ""Gossip Girl"" But above all the location is unbeatable. Thanks to online travel website I got a 40% discount rate which makes the stay much more enjoyable but I am sure next time I won't mind paying full price.

We have stayed in NY Palace for 4 days in August. The location is excellent. We stayed in tower part of it, the view from the room was magnificent. The decoration was modern and very comfortable. The only comment I can give is the breakfast was very expensive and room service as well. If possible make reservation breakfast included. But the hotel was very good in general.

Manhattan in tam ortasinda, her yere neredeyse yurume mesafesinde, harika bir lokasyonu var. 2 double bed oda aldik, oda genis, modern dosenmis, temiz ve rahatti. Rezervasyonunuzu kahvalti dahil yaptirmanizi tavsiye ederim. -

I love this hotel. The staff is incredible. At Christmas time the hotel is beautifully decorated (inside and out). It is extremely convenient to Rockefeller Center skating rink, Madison Avenue shopping and just about everything!!!! I am planning on returning again this Christmas. I can't wait!!!!
