  Beware; the room was much too small to comfortably accommodate 4 people. We were OK with the extremely tight quarters, and decided to make do. However, after returning to our room after a long day we discovered our room had not been touched. There were, however, 4 towels stacked on our toilet. After telling the front desk about our room not being clean, I returned to the room to wash my face. When I opened the wash cloth that had been delivered earlier in the day, I discovered someone had blown their nose in it!! We checked out the next morning and checked in to a different hotel. Travelocity was quick and efficient in refunding my money.

  Very nice room, beautifully furnished, the bathroom was exquisite! The king sized bed was topped with a featherbed, two down comforters, and six down pillows. They even had additional or alternate bedding and pillows you could have sent up. There were bathrobes in the closet, and wonderful bath products in the bathroom. the room was equipped with a big flat screen TV and DVD player, and they have movies available in the lobby. We ordered a wood fired pizza and split of wine from room service - it was delicious, prompt, and reasonably priced. Of course, how can food from Il Fornaio be anything but wonderful? Great location, in the middle of downtown near some great restaurants and within walking distance of the Shark Tank. Very reasonable valet parking with unlimited in/out privileges. The staff was attentive and professional.
