The Front Desk staff were quite rude and put out at my checking in. The room itself was a throwback to the '70s. The head of housekeeping had a conniption when I inquired about extra soap. The service in the English Pub was terrible. The servers were more interested in talking amongst themselves than serving the patron. Needless to say, no tip. The food on the other hand was excellent! The chefs are to be commended. As are the servers in the restaurant. I would recommend eating there, however staying there I cannot. Try the Lakeview Inn. It's a bit out of the way, yet worth it. To be blunt, stay elsewhere, anywhere BUT the Sawridge.
