  My wife and I stayed at the Seabreeze Inn for a week in the summer of 2007. All I can say is that it was the PERFECT weekend getaway for us. First, their location is fantastic, being just minutes to downtown Newport, away from the noise and bustle, and just a quick walk to First Beach. The hotel is very quiet and cozy. Second, the breakfast was just outstanding! We got a FULL breakfast every morning...eggs, bacon, omelettes, pancakes, etc. The Inn has a small in house cafe which is very cute. Lastly, and definitely not least, the husband and wifge that own the Inn are probably the nicest people we have ever met. We quickly became friendly with them and ended up spending a lot of our time chatting with them over coffee on the patio. We are definitely going back next year.
