  There are some really good things about staying at the Society House -- but it is definitely NOT like a hotel. We were in a nicely appointed, centrally-located, large one bedroom condo with a big kitchen and two bathrooms. (NOTE: the "pull-out bed" in the living room was old and unusable.) But this property did not have the small conveniences I have come to expect: for example, there was no coffee, no hair dryer, and no alarm clock. Also, there is no front desk and it was not easy to reach anyone for help. (Our calls were only returned the following day.) If you're staying for a week, and are willing to fend for yourself, this could be a great deal.
