The Sutton is a beautiful place. The employees were great and we had no problems with them. they never bugged us and were quick to get anything that we needed when asked. The room was great. It was huge, the T.V. was nice, everything was clean and the bed was big and comfy. The location is good if you want to be close to downtown. It is downtown and close to basically everything. We did not use any of the services they provided so we have no opionion on them but we are sure, with the service that we recieved, the amenities would be great. Would defiantely go again.

I have stayed @this hotel many times over the years. It seems that the property is very tired and needs a complete renovation or at the very least new bed linens etc. Having stayed there in it's glory days it is sad to see it so in need of loving care. The location is terrific. Easy access to almost everything. Staff could be a bit more helpful, friendly and cheerful. Hoping that someone will bring this once great hotel back to life.

the front desk was not friendly at all.we got in at midnight due to flight delay and the line up at the front desk was awful.we stood in line for 40 mins before someone checked us in.i would never stay at that property

Why they put us in the room directly next to the elevators for a 4 night stay -- I don't know. It literally sounded like a roller coaster was running next to our room constantly -- all day and all night. They offered to move us - but why put us there in the first place with a longer stay? Once you get everything put away, moving is very difficult. On the good side, it was in a good location and a nice place for a small conference.
