Hotel was clean and close to the beach. Service also was friendly. Do not think the bathrooms were designed well there are no vent fans and the slotted door panels dont provide much privacy. Also did not like theyre parking arrangement. Had to always use valet each time you wanted to use your car! Could not park your own car.

We really enjoyed our trip to this Westin. The hotel was right on the beach, the pool and beach were both well maintained and easy to access. The only complaint we had was that the hot water in the shower never got too hot. Otherwise, the staff was great and everything was really nice.

This hotel was the Sheraton a few years ago and now the Westin "Beach" Resort. Has been totally renovated and transformed into a relaxing SPA theme with simple but elegant furnishings. Brand new, clean and known for the heavenly bed..comfey! Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Food is great, healthy and somewhat reasonable for a resort. Staff is polite and can't do enough for you. Whatever you want, they provide. Shula's restaurant is right downstairs. We frequent this hotel (daughter in Florida college) and can't say enough about everything. Great location, walking distance to EVERYTHING; restaurants, shopping, nightlife etc. has a direct walk overhead from the beautiful pool to the gorgeous beach. Don't know how anyone could give it a bad review. We are from NY and used to nice places and high prices. You can get good deals with auto club discount. The only negatives I can really report is that the parking is $* per day. Sometimes you can get a pkg that includes parking. Ask for the MAIN hotel building. If you get placed in the newly acquired building, at first, its a hike and confusing to get to and from your room. I am happy staying at the WESTIN anytime!

The bathroom offers NO privacy. The bathroom has an opened sliding louvered door for the entrance and an opened louvered shutter 3ftx5ft opening in the wall into the bed area. No bathroom fan. Bathroom and bedroom are small. Parking = min $* for 30 minutes; $* overnight No heat installed in the rooms. It's 38 degrees outside and 60 degrees inside. $* water bottles Minimum staff on duty
