The cleanliness of the rooms, the lobby, and especially the eating area was exceptional. When I travel, I always stay at a Marriott, but I have to say, that this one is by far the best I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff is just exceptional. I wish all the Marriotts were trained by the GM there. Keep doing what you are doing and I look forward to my next stay.

I'm the kind of person who brings my own sheets when I travel, never sit on the bed spread, and spray everything with Lysol before using it. So you understand, cleanliness is an obsession. I can honestly say, this is one of those hotels where I was not completely creeped out. The carpets were clean, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen areas beautiful. The rooms are also very spacious, and I loved it! This new hotel was immaculate, the staff were friendly an accomodating, and the rooms were beautifully appointed. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh waffles, eggs, and sausage as well as cereal, bagels, and other goodies. This is an excellent new hotel, which is not far from U. Ark. I would HIGHLY recommend it. But please, don't everybody start booking here and ruin it. Only stay if you're clean!!! :)

We travel extensively and tend to be picky about hotels. We have 2 young kids so cleanliness is always a priority. This brand new property exceeded our expectations. The rooms were generously sized (we had a 2 bedroom suite) and all appointments were high quality. For TV people, there were 3 large screen flat-panel televisions (one in each room). The full kitchen included an apartment sized stove and oven. The decor was modern and stylish, but still warm and inviting. If I had to pick one drawback it would be that both bedrooms had king beds instead of one having a set of double beds. This was not ideal for our family, but may be for others... The included breakfast options were adequate for our needs, and they even offered (for purchase) organic milk -- regular and chocolate -- which was helpful for the kids. Overall, it was great!
