Calling this facility a dump would be a disservice to any self-respecting waste management site. The room assigned to us had filthy carpets, dirty upholstery, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was mold everywhere in the shower--and featured a shoelace securing the shower head to the wall! There weren't enough towels in the room, the trash can need cleaning and the building's ice machine wasn't working. Attempting to communicate with the female Asian manager/owner was an exercise in futility-- her abysmal customer service skills were only exceeded by her inability to communicate in Basic English. She refused to refund the charge even though we refused to spend one more second more in this stink hole. Stay away!

beds were firm and comfortable, the bedroom area was clean one note NO Clock in the room. there were no towels when we arrived, had to get service to bring some up. Shower was dirty found hairs in tub. There was an ashtray in our non smoking room, no secondary privacy lock on door, no drain plugs in sink or tub. Graffiti on clothes hang up bar.

I should of known better when the person didn"t ask my name to make a reservation. The property is run down and has not been kept up. You would be better off buying a tent and two sleeping bags and probably safer. Everything appeared dirty walls, bathroom, tub, broken shower. Was not a good choice no matter what the cost.

Arrived into area late and night and this is all we could find. Pretty scary! We were so tired we didn't care. Would never stay in a Travel INN in the USA again.
