Was very disappointed in the size( i.e. small) and quality (out of date i.e. t.v., fridge,cluttered room) of the room especially where the hotel is located. Most importantly our hotel experience did not meet our expectations. Will not stay there again.

Do not stay at this hotel. It might be close to the water, but if you are looking for somewhere to stay that is decent for the price, this is not it. I booked this hotel expecting a decent stay for a couple nights, instead I came to a dirty and unsterile environment and I refused to stay there. After checking in, we went up to our room to a room that looked like it had never been cleaned. The sheets were dirty, the beds looked like there were 50 years old, the mirrors looked as if some had spit on them and they were never cleaned, the carpet had burn marks all over it, it smelled like mothballs, and the bathroom was the worst. Not only did the shower look like it had never been cleaned, but the shower curtain was covered in mildew, the toilet seat had stains, and the sink was also covered in mildew. We were on the phone with travel agencyfor 2 hours attempting to get our situation resolved because we refused to stay here. Eventually they helped us out and put us in another hotel. I highly recommend that Travel agency take this hotel of their website as the pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. And again, do not stay here.

We vacationed with our family and really enjoyed the location we were at. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff helped us make multiple restaurant reservation and helped us make transport arrangement from the cruise port and airport. We take a cruise every year and will come back next year.

This hotels pictures that are posted online do not even come close to what it really is. It was very dirty, stains everywhere(floor, ceiling, carpet, bedding). Bathroom was disgusting(dirt, hair, floor was sticky,towels dirty). Tiny fridge(water damaged, not cold, very wobbly, and had to get behind it to turn on extension cords.Air/heat(did not work). Didn't stay long !!!!! I highly recommend you go ELSEWHERE!
