The worst thing about this stay was that mysterious extra charges for each night showed up on my credit card bill. They basically double-charged me. When I called the manager on this he sounded nice at first and asked me to call back on Monday since the girl that worked on our check-in night wasn't there. So I called back and he started giving me the run-around, wasn't sure how the charges got added, etc. He wanted me to call back later that day when she came in. So I called the corporate office and told them that I was concerned about this situation; when I called back again as the manager requested, he angrily grabbed the phone from the girl's hands and asked me why I had called corporate, and then stated that he was done with me and that I could just get my $ back thru my credit card company, which I did. He was very rude & unprofessional. ALSO: hard and stale biscuits in the breakfast bar & a mysterious man banging on my room door at 3 in the morning. He expected the room to be empty for some reason.....?

I made the reservation over the internet. I checked in to the hotel and went to my room #118. I went to my room and couldn"t get in the door it was messed up. Once I got in the door the hot tub was broken with holes in the side and the room stunk. It was like a dirty closet. Wen to Comfort Inn and Suites up the street immediately.

Reserved over the internet... Ironing board had ink pen marks all over. Sofa cushions were soiled and turned over backwards to hide stains on the other side. Microwave knob was broken off and a plate of food from the previous guest was in the microwave. Fire alarm box was hanging off of the wall by the wires. Blanket under the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. No bathtub, a shower only. So horrible we found another hotel nearby. To make it worse the staff did not sympathize, she asked me if I messed anything up in the room.

Several flies and bugs in room, door to room had been kicked in before so it was bent in the frame and allowed daylight to spill in all around the edges, carpet was dirty and blackened from use, toilet was broken -- very hard to flush (they had fixed it with a twist tie), someone had left boogers on the wall -- so it probably hadn't been cleaned well lately or if at all, the bench in the room had a broken leg, and the air conditioning unit could not keep the room cool -- all in all, a very bad hotel. The only decent quality was the continental breakfast.
