After booking a non-refundable 2 night stay I checked out after only one night. The bed had some sort of crawling insect or mites that kept me itching all night. The rooms are old and haven't been updated since the 70s. Front desk clerk offered to change my room the next morning, but one night was enough for me. I forfeited one night's stay for a cleaner hotel.

The hotel was very nice for the price. We stayed there for my son's graduation from AF BMT. It was very close, clean and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening. The only bad thing I have to say is that the beds were uncomfortable (hard). I would definately stay there again.

I stayed here for my husbands graduation from BMT at Lackland. The hotel itself wasn't too bad. The room was clean, no bugs inside that i ever saw. There were however theses huge black beetle all over outside and by the pool (which i did not use, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while). The front desk service was alright, although I went to get something for my room and the guy acted like I was interrupting him or something. I booked a smoking room online with 2 double beds, but when I checked in it was only 1 king size bed (didn't matter as I was the only one staying in the hotel) and my room was non smoking which I didn't realize until the 2nd day. The neighborhood seemed a little scary at night, especially since I was alone. But overall the hotel wasn't horrible. I would probably stay again if i had to being that its literally like 2 minutes away from Lackland. I am glad I brought my GPS with me otherwise I would have got lost. My flight back home was at 5:30 am and I left around 3 ish and there was no one in the lobby, so I just left. The lobby isn't open 24 hours.

I came to San Antonio for my son's Air Force Graduation. The hotel is close to the base and the staff was helpful with directions as I get lost easily. The room was clean and they provide a continental breakfast. I enjoyed my stay.

I FELT THE THAT THIS HOTEL WAS A GREAT PRICE. MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WHEN I NEEDED ANYTHING EXTRA, LIKE MORE TOWELS THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK ""ROBERT"" WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE OUT DOOR POOL IS NOT HEATED BUT THE HOT TUB WAS VERY WARM ( JUST A LITTLE OUT DATED) BUT VERY CLEAN. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A NICE ROOM THAT'S CLOSE TO THE AIRFORCE GATES FOR A FAIR PRICE - I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN! AM
