  We stayed at the Travelodge in Walla Walla for the Balloon Stampede in May 2010. The room was great except that the heat seemed to have no adjustment. The first night we didn't turn it on and got a little cold. The second night we flipped a switch on the wall that said "Heat/Cool/Off" and got heat but no control over the amount of heat. We got too warm. Other than that the room was great, walking distance to the main part of town.

  Room near motel office. incredibly loud &avon calling type bell rang everytime someone entered or left the office. started at 6am.

  If in Walla Walla Washington book yourself into one of the many other Hotell's. The owner/manager is rude, the rooms never got clean and when asking for towells or plastic cups he became very hostile! The hall ways were painted some time ago-no fire extingsher -overspray allover. The pool was full of bugs and the pool deck is very slick. The hired help was nice but afraid of owner-he yells alot. He even unplugged his ice machine because we used too much in 95 degree weather. I will never stay in a travel lodge again....

  The staff was very friendly, but the motel needs improvement. the beds were not comfortable and the shower was dingy. they have tried to remodel but it's still a ...

  The staff was very friendly, but the motel needs improvement. The beds were not comfortable and the shower was dingy. They have tried to remodel but it's still a 50 year old Travelogde. I won't stay there again. The location was good, downtown and easy walking distance to cute shops and Whitman College.

  I should have ponied up some more money and upgraded a bit. It was a depressing and poorly maintained. Only upside was that it was close to Whitman College where I had business, and also Claretta's was nearby, which was a great breakfast
