- The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

- After Hours Check-in Procedure: If arriving after hours please contact resort at 888-909-6807 for further direction.
- Please ensure the correct guest phone is listed on your reservation. The property will need to contact the guest to give proper check in procedures and provide a key code prior to arrival. If the property has not contacted the guest within three days of arrival, please call the property directly.

Palazzo at Panama Beach City offered us dirty carpets, fingerprints all over the condo unit with a dirty stove top. I spent my first hour cleaning. Staff UNHELPFUL. I wanted to contasct the owners but was refused. WE paid for CLEANING. A few other complaints but when they usher in 6-8 folks all the time the Condo is going to get wear. Staff unhelpful.

Upon arrival expect to be charged $* for a cleaning fee. This is only charged by this facility in Panama City Beach, we heard from front desk clerk. It's one thing to be charged the fee but you would expect the room to be clean! Carpet was dirty, we were unable to walk in room without our shoes. Wonderful area, beautiful beach, condo not so great!
