We checked in this past weekend. In the evening, thier was a knock at our door. It was the police telling us we had to evacuate the hotel! Come to find out the found TWO METH LABS in two different rooms, just down from ours! One police officer was rushed to the hospital for inhaling some chemicals they used to make the meth! When we were told we could no longer stay in our room, we tried to get a refuind from the desk but they refused telling us they could put us in another room! After finding TWO METH LABS in the hotel - how do they know they didn't have a third, fourth or fifth. We left without our money and won't be back. This place is dangerous - dirty and unfriendly! As I went to find out more about the hotel online after this happened, I found they also have monthly sex parties thier, where they close down an entire wing of the hotel for the "Green Door Suite Party". You can read more about it at http://www.greendoortulsa.com/location.htm So no telling what you could catch in this place specially if you are put in that wing!! Best advise - STAY AWAY, you could end up seriously injured or maybe even dead!!

The hotel waa terrible. Not only did we have to switch rooms 3 times in order to have a clean room with working air conditioning, but the beds were very uncomfortable, the hotel smelled, and there had been vandalism problems. Do not waste your money!

Ok so I am currently traveling from NY headed to NM. Once I was out on the road, I realized I hadn't really planned my trip like I should've so when I got into Ohio, I started to plan more. I came across this hotel in my searching and after reading the reviews I thought why not give it a shot. I liked the fact that it was affordable and in a good section or what I thought of Tulsa, OK. I should've known I wasn't going to be all that pleased with this place. Even before I got there, my GPS for whatever reason put me past where I was supposed to be luckily I saw it from the Highway and figured out how to get there. Upon arriving to the hotel I was thinking to myself this won't be too bad. From the outside appearance I was happy, even walking into the lobby I was like ok great this is going to be good. I was so wrong. When I was checking in, I told the receptionist that I have a small dog and she informed me that she had to change my room because of it. I purchased the room through Travel online mind you. She said that dogs were not allowed in the section of the hotel where I was supposed to be staying. I was like fine whatever. So then I go to the area of where my room is and am immediately appalled due to the smell of the hallway. Smelled of mildew, mold and dog poo. I walk into the room and it's even worse. I change rooms. The second room smelled better but I believe had fleas. Neighbors were up all night and loud all in all horrible experience. Do not stay here!!!!

No concern for customer service satisfaction

Booked this hotel for a one night stay through Travel online. We were two ladies travelling together and requested a room with two beds. We were booked for a nonsmoking, two bedroom room above the pool. Upon arrival we were given a one bedroom room in another section of the hotel. We immediately went back to the front desk and requested to be placed in the room booked. While there, another customer was having a difficult time getting customer service satisfaction, I do not know the reason for the discussion. After a while, we were moved to the room originally booked. The hotel itself was only acceptable. The pool was kept locked and inaccessible. After arriving home and receiving my credit card statement, I found I was billed for the room by Travel online and by Tulsa Select Hotel. I immediately contacted Travel online who tried to get a refund from the hotel for me; however although the hotel confirmed they had charged Travel online, they would not refund me. I tried to dispute it via my credit card company, but I did not have a signed invoice from the hotel as it was charged after my departure and without my knowledge. Without that, my credit card company would not give me a credit for the charge. Tulsa Select appears to have no intention of refunding the duplicate charge. This hotel was mildly acceptable under the best terms, but horribly inadequate under these.

The place is filthy. The service is horrible. The doors don't all lock. I am soooo disapointed and mad that I booked this place based on the Tulsa Fair's recommendation. Sleep Inn up the road is the same price, clean, pleasant and quiet. That where I'll be next time.
