  Don't expect much for $*/day. Think of this as a spartan studio apartment. You get a bed (not the most comfortable), bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner cooktop. It's clean and is cleaned every 2 weeks. You wash the linen/towels or pay extra for daily exchange. This is not a hotel room. The people a not particularly noisy as they're all working folk who are mostly tired at the end of the day. You get a clean, safe, basic room...cheap. (The a/c is very good)

  I stayed at the value place, they have the least proffesional staff i have ever met. the front desk register jumped in my face and the housekeepers did not clean ...
