  Recently stayed here for a week to get away from the cold. Being an older couple who enjoys peace and quiet, walking on the beaches and nature trails, this place gave us this and more. The price is outstanding, the rooms are clean, the staff are wonderful and we enjoyed our stay immensely--it was perfect for us. The hotel is minutes away from the wonderful Atlantic Beach, nature trails, shopping and restaurants. The staff were outstanding--courteous and helpful and solving any problems immediately---& the problems were ours, not theirs but they excel at customer service---esp. Cole :)) Will definitely choose Valu Place over any other hotel and will return here again!!!!

  You have to pay for everything! from extra pillows to replacement room keys! it smells horrible, the beds are horrible, a/c is cheap, and microwaves are confusing. plus you ...

  You have to pay for everything! From extra pillows to replacement room keys! It smells horrible, the beds are horrible, A/C is Cheap, and Microwaves are confusing. Plus you can hear everything that happens, and it just opened!
