The carpets were filthy, covered with a black soot that was slightly disguised by the color of the carpet. Our 10-month old son, who loves to crawl, was covered with black soot/dust after only being confined to the living room for 10 minutes. We asked for a crib, they gave some old (cold) metal crib that had a poor mattress and old bedding. We finally bought a play pen to get a decents night sleep; however, that didn't solve anything because we had to get up every hour to adjust the temperature knob on the wall unit. They are allegedly a timeshare, but the standard timeshare has a THERMOSTAT!!! The room didn't have a dishwasher or icemaker like most timeshares, either. When we checked out, my husband asked for the Manager to complain about the dingy carpet, so he took a handtowel that had the black soot on it. When he asked for the Manager, the Manger's WIFE came out to assist. My husband asked her when the carpets had been clean last, and showed her the towel, she just said, ""I'm not in housekeeping, and YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TOWEL"". She then walked away, and never apologized for the filthy carpets or the fact that we were not even somewhat satisfied with their dump! We ruined a pair of crib shoes, a pair of PJ's, several socks, and pants, and she had the nerve to charge us for a handtowel. We would have been better off staying at Motel 6, then this dive! I've never seen such a poorly managed, filthy dump in my life! Oh, if you hate smoke, don't go in any of the entrances that say ""No Smoking"" because that's where the employees go.

This was the beginning of an Arizona Adventure, through Internal International, that included Tucson, Payson and Sedona. We stayed here for two nights. It was very new and quite suitable. The staff was very friendly and the pool and spa were great. Our two rooms were nicely decorated and looked out to the Sonora Desert. It is located past the University of Arizona and was located great for travels to the desert, etc. We visited Old Tucson, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and Desert, as well as the Mission San Xavier del Bac.

It was a pleasure to stay at this timeshare affiliate. We saw it in our Interval International book and decided to stay there. It was our nicest experience since we have coming to Tucson, AZ. We travel to Tucson to see family every year for the past 10 years and this was the most pleasant experience for accommodations.
