  I have not stayed at your hotel. I was looking on-line to check room availability and prices. Regardless of the date I put in, there were no rooms available - hard to believe that you are booked solid every day of 2008!
  
  Then looked for a telephone to call or a place to send a general email - this is all I could find - so figured maybe with a bad rating, would get your attention. Your web site under 'travel' for AOL is frustrating at best!!!
  
  Could you email me a general rate for a 2 bedroom cabin. Maybe I will reconsider for right now, I wouldn't try to book a room when I can't get info from your web site!
