Our family of five stayed very comfortably in a suite. There was space for the boys to move around as we wound down after fun days at the beach. Just a quick walk brought us to a more secluded beach that made for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Perfect place for a family. We defintely plan to stay here on our next trip to Florida.

I booked a room last year with some hesitation. Reviews seemed to be good but I did read a few unpleasant ones. I was very worried I had made a big mistake. Fortunately that was not the case at all. My family loved it despite it nothing fancy. The price was great and we are planning on staying again this summer. I recommend the courtyard view. The only drawback was the steps to second floor. I was just recovering from a broken ankle and did not think to reserve room on ground floor.

I must admit i booked with some hesitation, i enjoy fancy hotels with great amenities, comfy beds, etc but when we got to the hotel I was pleased. It has a very cute facade facing the road, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked a courtyard and while not decked out in the fanciest adornments was clean, large and perfect for our few day stay in cocoa beach. There were plenty of pillows for the beds, kitchen items to cook with, room to store your luggage. They had said the condo came with a vcr/dvd player and there wasn't one but we really weren't in the room long enough to miss it. The cleaning staff was prompt and effective, you do have to do your own dishes but they make beds, vacuum ect. Being so close to the beach (a walk across a small road) was great the kids loved it. The pool was heated so in 50degree weather we still swam. It is a very nice small condo hotel reasonably priced and close to ken. space center/merritt island/ shopping/dining/beach activities.
