We arrived June 11 2008 and departed June 13. On the first night I laid my newborn baby girl down on the sofa, while i sat beside her. I noticed something crawling on her bib and it was a BIG ROACH. It seemed like everywhere I looked there were roaches. As much money as they charge you wolud at least think they wouldn't have roaches. The lightbulb was blowed in the bathroom couldn't get one. My husband had to take one from a lamp so that we could see. Its bad when you go on vacation you can't enjoy yourself for killing roaches. I have a shih-tzu i feel she is one of my children was told no pets allowed. As i arrive at the condo i see where you walk your dog, as soon as you pull in parking lot. I get on elevator there is a lady with two dogs. I go to pool and I here dogs barking. Why can't we all ignore the big sign at the front entrance NO PETS ALLOWED. You have to pay 75 dollars for housekeeping and You have to make sure all trash is taken out before you leave all dishes washed. So what are you paying housekeeping for just to make up bed and put clean towels in restroom. No air-conditioning in elevators. I am usually not one to complain but this was ridiculous.

While we experienced some delay in checkin due to unscheduled maintenance, we were very pleased with our stay here. We had a 3 bedroom unit for the week and were very pleased. TV's are small, but as a family we spent most of our time on the beach. If you go, plan on renting an umbrella and chairs from the vendor on the beach (about $150) but they do adjust the umbrella periodically and hold your chairs for you as well. Location is in a family oriented area and our kids LOVED the movie on the beach!
