  Waterside inn in chincoteague, va. was a very laid back relaxing vacation. rooms were clean and spacious, no one bothered you and the pool was opened till 1:00 am. ...

  Waterside Inn in Chincoteague, VA. was a very laid back relaxing vacation. Rooms were clean and spacious, no one bothered you and the pool was opened till 1:00 am. They even have a pier with boat slips for anyone who stays at the Inn. My teen Granddaughters fished off of the pier. I will definitely stay again!

  Rooms are just ok, could stand to use some new beds and bathtub. priced a little high for the quality. would try another place next time.

  The staff at the front office was extremely unfriendly. on to the real reason for this review. i recieved my credit card statement with the hotel fees charged on it ...

  the staff at the front office was EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY. on to the real reason for this review. i recieved my credit card statement with the hotel fees charged on it twice. i have attempted to settle this with two people at the hotel. they say they will fax to me that the charge was not there twice and this was my fault and are unwilling to work on the problem. moreover they said this was not their problem because their machine was working wrong. i am very unhappy with their unwillingness to correct this problem and my account is not theirs to take a loan from. sincerely disappointed
