I traveled to Vancouver with four girlfriends and we stayed in a one-bedroom suite at the Wedgewood. They had the nicest hotel staff I have ever experienced! The concierge gave us several good restaurant recommendations (Brix in Yaletown, Go Fish - Granville Island) and made reservations for us. Every time we went to ask the staff anything they seemed to know what we needed before we even asked and had an answer or solution ready. The room was ready for us early when we arrived and after our stay, they let us keep our car at the hotel after we checked out so that we could do extra site-seeing and shopping. The room was exactly as promised, comfortable beds, huge shower, etc. Also, a perfect central location in downtown Vancouver - we walked everywhere. I will stay here again next time I'm in the city.

Small luxury hotel with very helpful and courteous staff! All are friendly and go out of your way to make your staff pleasant. They were very helpful with arranging a shuttle to Whistler and the airport. We are a family of five and we stayed in a mini suite. It was very comfortable with two bathrooms. An added perk was the Bacchus Restaurant, you can have a romantic dinner downstairs while the kids happily enjoy a Domino's pizza upstairs.
