This is a very nice hotel on the outside but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and breakfast was a joke. It is supposedly a catered in buffet. They charged $5.50 per person and they ran out of coffee. Also, the food was cold but the milk for the cereal was warm. The pools were nice but the jacuzzis were not warm nor were they clean. Overall my wife and I were very disappointed.

I am a Westgate owner that exchanged to Westgate Branson Woods. The 2 BR unit would have been fine if the carpet had been clean. We went to the indoor pool with the kids to find it unclean too. Upon advising Shelly, the mgr., we were told that the City of Branson inspects the pool everyday, which I don't believe. Later that day they drained and cleaned the pool. The carpet wasn't going to be cleaned until after we checked out. What a waste of the assessment I paid, not to get a clean unit and access to a clean pool.
