Great new Westin property. We stayed in the 1bdrm villa, with a stocked kitchen, TV in the living room and bedroom, bose system, and most important a VERY COMFY & COZY bed. The property is near shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores to stock up your fridge. The pool area was great, especially for the kids. They had activities going on appx every hour or so, from making a stuff animal, crafts, bingo, and in the evenings a family dance pool party or movies by the pool. Very family oriented, and great family environment. We tried ordering food and beverages while at the pool but it was very hard to flag one of the waiters down, they need more staffing in this area. When we did FINALLY manage to flag someone down and ordered, the food was great, large serving sizes too! Loved the amenities in the room including washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The setting is serene and the architecture and the decor complements the effect. Peaceful. For the children the kid's club staff was extremely attentive. Cache, the lifeguard even played a few rounds of ping pong with my seven year old son. my nine year old daughter painted pottery. Very professional, warm, focused. They each expressed how much they enjoyed working for Westin. I can say that compared to our recent stay at Atlantis, in the Bahamas, the Willows Kids's Club was a superior experience for our family. We look forward to returning .

My two girlfriends and I spent three days here. We liked everything about the place. The unit looked fairly new. We were able to cook on the two burner cook top. We ate our breakfast in the room each morning. We used the fitness room twice. It had a variety of machines and was clean. We couldn't hear any noise from surrounding units. We were on the third floor and had a beautiful view. We were in building 3 which was just a 4 minute walk to the pools and fitness center. We will stay here again!

I stayed at the Westin Desert Willows last week while traveling for business and was very impressed. The rooms are huge and include a full kitchen, living room w/ fireplace, large balcony overlooking the golf course, separate bedroom, and very large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. After a long day of meetings, it was a very rewarding to check in to such a comfortable room. As the hotel is located far off any main roads, it is VERY quiet at night, you can hear a pin drop. That silence along with an extremely comfortable bed made for a very good night sleep. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The 24 hour gym had very up to date equipment (including full free weight sets) and great views out onto the golf course. I wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities of the resort but was only there for one night and checked out bright and early the next morning. I will definitely return to the Desert Willows with my family next time I'm in Palm Springs.

First off, the Westin Desert Willow Villas are brand new and Beautiful ! Five buildings centered on and around the golf course and easy proximity to the pool and health center. Our room was amazing, Full kitchen, Living Space with Gas Fireplace, Jet tub and Westin Bed .. Brand New ! Second... Service, we sat at the pool for 30 minutes before we were even noticed by one of the 5 pool staff. This is a brand new resort and the staff seem to be on a learning curve. The Villas are off the beaten path and located behind a gated access road. Palm Desert's newest and finest , Built on the Desert Willow Golf Course, this property is Amazing. Beverly Hills Shopping at the Paseo and the Desert's best Dining options are close by. We will be back.
