Horrible Night
11/16/2011I stayed at room 817 on 11/11/2011 and i asked for somebody to fix the excesive colors on the tv came a gentleman from the eng dep that ...
i stayed at room 817 on 11/11/2011 and i asked for somebody to fix the excesive colors on the TV came a gentleman from the ENG Dep that failed to do so and said he will be back with the manual it was around 3pm i waited for 1 hour then left and came back at 11.30 PM found the tv is freezed i decided to sleep but adjust the room temp first it was set on 68f which is too cold for me i failed to get it warmer after several hours it was 2AM i called the Front Desk they told me that they are sold out but they can send somebody to fix it:-) :-) from the ENG dep i decided to shut i the whole system off but the fan declined to stop it was really a horibble night and the next morning because i was awake all night i tried to speak to somebody about my bad experience but always leave a message it seems that they dont care

The Dulles Westin was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. I injured my knee on a flight from Ghana. When I left the hotel the they provided me a cab at the Westin's expense for ease of entrance.

The room was nice, plenty of room to walk. The beds was the best beds I have every slept on in a hotel. The negative thing was there was no free WiFi.. you have to pay if you want it in the room.

04/12/2011The hotel was nice! westin amenities but at a low cost. it was a bit of a drive into dc but worth it fir the hotel savings.
