Nice clean sheets, spacious room mini suite, internet connection fast and uninterrupted, bathroom and toilet super clean. Room service cleaned up the room everyday and changed the sheets which was good. I liked the front dest staff were courteous and friendly. Although short on staff during the late nights so room service was limited at night time.

Great accomodations. Really impressed with room and breakfast. Would be glad to go back again. Only disappointment is that the front desk would not extend our stay for 1 or 2 nights without charging us "an arm and a leg" room rate upcharge. This is not the way to get return business.

I enjoyed our stay and our breakfast. I did not like the fact that we requested a non-smoking room and because we had found this room on the travel agency we were told, sorry we have been sold out of non-smoking rooms for a month. The room smelled of smoke more due to the neighbors smoking in their rooms and the ventilation system being tied into theirs as well.

07/10/2010This hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was delicious. we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our room was clean and neat. A great value from that stand point. Our TV did not work and the hotel staff did not care or do anything. I fixed myself after a 30 minute wait with lodgenet services. The hotel considered me a cash customer - They would not let nme charge a movie unless I paid cash even after swiping my card. I had four high limit cards and they were not interested in whether we goit a mocie or not, They were friendly but never did a thing. The food was fine for breakfast.
