Delightful at Dulles

We stayed just one night but wish it was more. Well appointed rooms, convenient location, near restaurants, Super K-Mart, grocery stores, etc. It's all within a short distance. Our room had 2 queen beds and 8 pillows, with luxurious bedding. There was a safe, a microwave and a refrigerator, as well as a delicious free breakfast buffet, complete with french toast, waffles, bagels and other pastries, as well as sausages. Coffee was plentiful, as were three kinds of juice - very nice setting. The indoor pool was heated and very comfortable, just over 5 feet deep at the deep end, but plenty of room to have a good swim or workout. And the hot tub - aaaahhh! Fantastic. There's a fitness room with quality equipment, and a business center where you can use a computer and copier and printer at no charge. The staff were helpful and pleasant - this was a four star experience for a one star price with our AARP discount. Very pleased with everything at this Wingate, and hope to visit again. Definitely worth the visit with free parking, breakfast, indoor pool, and just minutes from the airport. I'd even stay here and commute to DC for the day--it was that nice.

Excellent property. Front Desk Staff were very friendly. Maintenance Staff were friendly and the room and the entire facility was very clean. Rooms were good sized, had a refrigerator and microwave, and were clean and quiet. The location is excellent as a base while touring the Washington DC area. I would stay there again the next time I am in the area.

Very nice hotel. Great rooms and service. Coming in from the west was not easy, but that is not the hotel's fault. We were picking up family members from the airport and the airport access from the hotel was fantastic.

My friends and I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Close enough to the Vienna Metro. The only negative point was very few cable channels to choose from --- mostly sports channels were available. My friends all noted that there was no access to Fox news.

Stayed 4 nights Sept. 2009. Hotel completely redone in attractive, "current" color scheme - furniture, mattresses, bedding; everything appeared new and clean with no dirty or worn spots or areas. Staff extremely helpful; shuttle bus even loaded up my temporarily stored luggage at pre-arranged time, picked me up late afternoon at local historic site and delivered me on time to airport. Free internet service, computers, printers and hot breakfasts were welcome extras. I never used fitness room, pool or meeting rooms.
