The room had a very musty/moldy odor. The corner wallpapers were peeling from moisture and behind the headboard was a lot of mold. We switch room the next day. We did not want to give out our unlisted home phone number was reassured by the staff that it is only for "internal use." Since then we have been getting solicitations calls from Winham depite "opting out" 3 months ago and complaining.

Great stay...comfortable spacious room and friendly professional staff. Have stayed at other Columbus facilities over the years and found this to be head and shoulders above the others. Have already made reservations for our next trip to Columbus.

I would not stay here again.My room was not clean, the wall paper was coming down but the bath tub had mold on it. when reported it to the front desk , I was told they cold not clean it until the next day. it never got cleaned.but I was charged more than my daughter in the nextroom?
