10/09/2011Beautiful place...king size bed with egyptian comforter/pillows...fabulous breakfast included with sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles with syrup, strawberries/whip cream, western omelets , sausage patties...

The hotel was more than tolerable, but there were a number of things wrong that weren't corrected quickly or easily. The light in the bathroom didn't work, and there was no maintenance person around to fix it. It took two days to get it done. One of the two phones in the room didn't work. One of two computers in the business center didn't work. The caulk around the bathtub had some mildew. The maid put decaf coffee only in the room for two days. The front desk clerks tried hard, but they weren't well trained and double billed a person with whom I was traveling. The room itself was clean and spacious; the breakfast was good with some hot items each day.

The first room I was in had a door that would not lock, and was missing the iron, a lampshade, and had a beer bottle on the dresser, and several bottle caps on the floor. Not sure it was even cleaned. The second room they moved me to was better. The staff was really nice too.
