I was booked at this hotel for 10 nights and moved after the 7th. It was horrible. I had a suite and there was one tv, the internet kept cutting out on my computer, the coffee maker was broken and the bed was very old and the remote to the one tv did not work. The room was in need of serious paint and caulking; and two of the lamps did not work. I called to change rooms after two days because the fridge froze our food no matter the setting. When we were in the process of changing rooms, the housekeeping walked in t(without knocking) 2x in 20 mins to ask if we were leaving yet. In my rush to get out of the maids' way, I left my computer cord. When I called the front desk to request it, I had to walk down there and hour later to follow-up. At that time, I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes for them to get the cord from housekeeping. In the next suite there was a hole in the wall, chipped paint, the shower and toilet would not stop leaking/running. The maid put the sheet over the comforter with no top sheet on the bed and again the bed was uncomfortably old. When I went to check-out earlier than my paid stay, I spoke with the manager that I had spoken with the first time I was moving room. She was rude and said there nothing that she would do about the situation because it was pre-booked and she had accommodated me to move me to a room that had working equipment such as a fridge. She would not provide me with any paperwork to indicate that I had checked out of the hotel early. The gym horrible

The hotel was VERY nice for the discount rate I received. It was a last minute booking and deeply discounted. The linens were way above average. The towels were large and soft. The location was in the heart of many dining options. Great place.

This hotel was a good value for the money. They had free internet access available in the business center. The room was very clean. The free breakfast w/bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal etc. wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and efficient. It's easy to get to from the airport and it is near a lot of different restaurants. I would definetly stay here again.
