  It has been 2 weeks since my stay and I have been in contact with the hotel on numerous occasions as the agent who checked me out did not release the funds back to my credit card. I have been told by the desk that they will settle my account, however two weeks later nothing has been done. I have contacted the manager and have yet to receive a response. My credit card company has also sent on two occasions forms to be completed and returned, again, nothing has happened. I am extremely disappointed. I will never return to a Wyndham property.

  The front desk staff was very helpful during my recent trip. They helped with some issues I was having with my travel agent and were friendly and courteous. Since I had an early flight out the next morning, the front desk representative went back into the kitchen and brought me some breakfast to take with me several hours before the continental breakfast opened. I would definately stay here again!!

• Fantastic hotel, my favorite in canada

  Fantastic hotel. parking garage for added vehicle security. awesome location. gorgeous hotel rooms. have stayed here twice while travelling across canada. will be staying here again for sure.

  This hotel has a great location in downtown Regina, close to all downtown amenities and the Casino. Hotel premises was new, and quite comfortable. No real complaints. Couldnt go wrong staying here, the price was right!!!!
