The Woodfin provides clean , well furnished accomadations at a great price. The staff was organized , well mannered and friendly. We had reserved two rooms for our family. We were all very pleased with our rooms. We would all strongly recommend staying at the Woodfin.

We had a spectacular room on the ninth floor and we were treated with amazing courtesy and professionalism. The staff went out of their way to help at point of our stay. Great food court very close by and a pleasant walk to and fro. We will now use the Woodfin on all our Bay Area travels.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We booked the Best Weekend Rate they offered online. On the day that we checked-in, the receptionist in the front desk was not so friendly. We asked her if we could upgrade to a bay view room and she said that we have to pay additional $*/night which we agreed. She gave us a bay view room on the 9th floor but when we got into our room,the bay view which they charged us $*/night was not worth it. It was not actually what we expected. We went back to the front and told the same receptionist that we changed our mind about the bay view room upgrade because we didn't much like it for additional $*n/night. The receptionist looked at us and sarcastically asked us "Why????What's wrong with the room????" We just told her we didn't like it and we just want to have a regular non-bay view room. She just said " You could stay in that room and I won't charge you for the upgrade." She just gave us no choice but to take the room and not pay for the upgrade because we didn't like the "bay view". She does not know how to handle concerns like what we had and she showed us that she was irritated because we changed our mind. We just didn't want to pay for something which was not worth paying for! I wanted to talk to the hotel manager regarding their front desk staff to go back to training on good customer relations because it seemed like they don't have patience with their guests' choices and decisions. The concern we had also was housekeeping. The room was clean when we checked in but they did clean the room well the next day.

We recently stayed at this hotel after a SF Giants game. It is very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, gave a great breakfast recommendation within walking distance. The King bed we had on the executive level floor was amazing, so comfortable. I am very picky about hotels, this is one I will stay at again!! Has an outdoor pool and spa and FREE parking!
