  The check-in staff were friendly and professional, the room was great, etc... however, good luck getting room service, or dinning in the resturant. calling for room sevice always resulted ...

  The check-in staff were friendly and professional, the room was great, etc... However, good luck getting room service, or dinning in the resturant. Calling for room sevice always resulted in hanging up after several minuets of music on hold. The dinning room staff was all but non-existent. Plenty of resturants nearby, but it would've been nice to get something to eat without leaving the property.

  The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was excellent and knew the area like the back of their hands. The hotel was able to book a room for me and my family without any problems... even with 4 weddings booked at the hotel and a cheerleading competition! I was shocked when they kept their word and gave me a rate on the room that was on the internet that was too good to be and true, but it was true and honored by the hotel and its staff. Wake up and room service was excellent. It was an enjoyable visit and they made it so.

  Faucets didn't work correctly, wallpaper was peeling in places, air conditioning was slow, movies on demand kept freezing and skipping. not terrible, and the staff was very nice, but ...

  Faucets didn't work correctly, wallpaper was peeling in places, air conditioning was slow, movies on demand kept freezing and skipping. Not terrible, and the staff was very nice, but also not what I would expect from a Wyndham.

  My family and I had a terrible stay. Broken furniture, Tape on bathroom electrically switches, A snack chip under one of the beds, Wet carpet in the hallway, 2 of 3 elevators were working and 3 of 3 were dirty and a constant unpleasant odor were the delights that we experienced during our stay. I would recommend ANY other hotel in the area.
