- Check-in is after 4 pm on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the front desk of Ka Eo Kai Resort, 3970 Wyllie Road. Check-out is at 10 am. The Ka Eo Kai check-in location is open 24 hours. Guests must provide an ID and valid credit card upon check in.

I am writing this at 5:30 in the morning while I am on my vacation in Hawaii. Why? Believe it or not....the damn chickens have RUINED (or at least put a dent into) our vacation. For those who don't know, wild chickens run all over the islands. This past week at Bali Hai (which we have otherwise enjoyed...) we have been awakened at 5:30 every morning by several VERY loud roosters. If I wanted to stay on a farm I could go to Iowa! Of course, other residents feel free to use the pool area by our unit to have meaningful conversations or phone calls...at 5:30 am - since the chickens have certainly already awakened everyone else around! I only wish I was exaggerating slightly....If anyone from Wyndham Bali Hai reads this, know this...I am purchasing 2 units in Hawaii, one for my family and one for my parents. Because of the poor control over the chickens, (and the overly aggressive sales approach ...and we have sat through many timeshare sale sessions!)...those units will not be at Bali Hai (or Wyndham properties, for that matter....). Hope this helps everyone......
