The Aurora Town Board is in the process of reviewing the town’s Open Development Area (ODA) code. The main changes include how long each application will be studied by the Planning Board and Town Board. Upon submission, the Planning Board has 45 days to review and give its recommendation to the Town Board. The town then has 45 days after a public hearing to approve, modify or reject the plan.
