The position description is as follows:

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Surveillance Operation Manager, the Surveillance Shift Manager is responsible for managing the efficient operation of surveillance shifts, ensuring the monitoring and analysis of all gaming and cash handling areas, so that company’s operational activities are conducted with the highest levels of integrity.

Requirements:

GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED

You should possess the following:
-Minimum of 4-5 years Casino Surveillance experience with extensive experience in a Shift Manager.
-Ensure all situations are handled discreetly and confidentially.
-Direct work flow according to business needs.
-Manage the implementation and application of policies and procedures.
-Identify, resolve and respond to customer complaints.
-Extensive knowledge in the games of Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Baccarat and SicBo.
-Personal qualities, high level of professionalism and integrity, good organisational skills, time management, observant, attentive and aware.
-Key competencies in collecting, analysing, organising, communicating ideas and information.
