Responsible for training of Guest Room Attendants and Housepersons. Administers policies and procedures. Insures fair treatment in accordance with union contract/company policies, departmental policies. Supervises the signing in and out of all keys. Schedules cleaning staff and assigns duties for cleaning of guest rooms. Responsible for checking work of crew to ensure proper level of cleanliness. A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.

Ability to clearly and concisely communicate, both verbally and in writing. Two (2) years prior experience in a supervisory capacity. High School graduate or equivalent in experience. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures.
