Performs the following for Harrah’s Atlantic City operations: Inputs all retail and Casino marketing list requests pertaining to mailings, telemarketing and analysis. Creates and maintains all tracking codes in the offers Systems, ensuring communication between all systems, CMS, MWB, PDB, LMS, EMS, etc. This position has view only access to CMS; Does not have ability modify information. Creates and maintains files and edits reports. Ensures accuracy and integrity of all marketing customer lists. Responsible for the purchase order system for the direct marketing function. Keeps abreast of postal regulations. Tracks all direct mail expenses associated with printing, postage and lettershop and produces monthly direct mail reports for review by management. Maintains and updates the Direct Marketing Project calendar and Forecast. Assists in distributing internal direct mail communications. Responsible for tracking and supporting all other Direct Marketing Programs as needed. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Equivalent work experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel, Word, Access, must be Power Point proficient. Ability to run data queries. Experience with Harrah’s on-line purchasing systems; working knowledge of current postal rules. Excellent communication skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills required. Professional interpersonal skills.
