Completes all set-up duties in a timely manner. Prepares all drinks in accordance with established recipes. Responsible to the supervisor of the outlet in which he/she is assigned. Relays all guest complaints/compliments to the supervisor. Performs any reasonable requests made by beverage management. Serves guests and servers according to established policy. Responsible for checks issued to him/her and acts as a cashier in front and service bars, except on casino floor. Promotes positive customer relations. Responsible for the receipt of monies and settlement of guests' checks. Responsible for maintaining all established service standards. Adheres to Department and Hotel Policies and State Liquor Laws. Participates in quarterly training and new hire training if applicable. Responsible for providing excellence in service. Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with the city and state health department codes. Knows sanitation guidelines.

Bartender training and/or previous experience preferred.
